DHL eCommerce UK is assisting us in carrying out our mission by offering next-day delivery for parcels sent to mainland UK addresses. The services they provide include live tracking, a 1-hour delivery slot, and options to redirect the parcel to a ServicePoint or neighbour, or even a safe place using a what3words address. 


Parcels can be picked up from one of the 3,500+ UK ServicePoints, or a driver can deliver them to your door. 


Customers can manage their delivery via the DHL eCommerce UK app or by selecting options on the DHL website, and receive real-time notifications.

Questions and Answers

1. What should I do if there is something in the box that I am allergic to?

Please write down what you are allergic to in the notes when completing your order, and we will replace the product. 

2. Can I change the delivery day?

Yes, contact us and give us a schedule that is convenient for you, and we will change the delivery day.

3. Is the produce in my box washed?

We do not wash the produce in your boxes prior to packing and we recommend that you always wash your fruit and veg before eating.

The reason that we don't wash your produce before packing is due to the fact that moisture can encourage mould. 

4.How often do you deliver boxes?

We offer 3 delivery options:

6 boxes/month → 2–1–2–1 pattern
first week on Tuesday & Friday / second week on Wednesday

8 boxes/month → 2 times/week
on Tuesday & Friday

10 boxes/month → 3–2–3–2 pattern
first week on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday / second week on Tuesday, Thursday

5. How does subscription work?

Subscribing to Secret Fruit Boxes means receiving weekly boxes of fresh fruit and vegetables according to the model you choose (e.g., twice a week) at your convenience and according to your needs.

We will automatically collect payment on the due date, so you can relax and enjoy your delicious deliveries.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, but be sure to do so before the deadline if you do not want to receive the next box.

6. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
  • Yes. You won’t be able to checkout as a guest. If you do create an account, all of your information will be stored securely through the website.
7. If I choose a box for healthy skin or nervous system, how long should I consume it before switching to the box for women/men?
  • Our specialized boxes (skin, nervous system, immunity, etc.) are designed to complement your diet for a period of 4–8 weeks. After this time, you can safely move on to the general box for women or men, which maintains a balanced intake of vitamins and minerals in the long term.
1. Which areas do you deliver to?
  • We deliver to mainland UK addresses with next-day delivery. 
2. When will my parcel arrive?

• Orders placed before our cut-off time are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
• You’ll receive a 1-hour delivery slot notification on the day of delivery.

3. Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
  • No — you can manage your delivery easily if you’re not at home. Options include:
    • Redirecting to a local ServicePoint (3,500+ locations in the UK)
    • Leaving it with a neighbour
    • Selecting a safe place using a what3words address
4.Do you offer contactless deliveries?

Yes — DHL offers contactless delivery. You can set a safe place or provide instructions in advance so you don’t need to sign for your parcel.

5. Can I track my parcel?
  • Yes — all deliveries include live tracking.
    • You’ll receive real-time updates via email or SMS.
    • Tracking is available in the DHL eCommerce UK app or on the DHL website.
6. Can I change my delivery after it’s dispatched?
  • Yes — you can:
    • Reschedule delivery
    • Redirect to a ServicePoint
    • Change delivery to a neighbour or safe place

    These options are available through the tracking link or the DHL app.
7. How do parcel pick-up work?
  • You can either:
    • Pick up your parcel at one of 3,500+ DHL ServicePoints across the UK
    • Request home pickup by a DHL driver
8. What if I miss my delivery?
  • If you’re not available, DHL will:
  •   •  Leave your parcel in your chosen safe place,
  •   •  Deliver to a neighbour, or
  •   •  Take it to a ServicePoint for collection.
  • You’ll receive a notification with instructions.
