To help us carry out our mission, Royal Mail Tracked 24 provides a fast and reliable next-day delivery aim for parcels sent to mainland UK addresses. With this service, customers benefit from full end-to-end tracking, real-time updates, and a photo on delivery, giving peace of mind that your fruit box has safely arrived.

Royal Mail also offers convenient delivery options, including Safeplace, delivery to a preferred neighbour, or redelivery if needed. Customers purchasing online may also receive SMS or email notifications, keeping them updated at every stage of the journey.

If customers prefer not to receive the parcel at their door, Royal Mail provides flexible alternatives. Parcels can be held for collection at a local Royal Mail Customer Service Point, or customers can arrange redelivery to their address or another preferred location.

Deliveries can be monitored through the Royal Mail “Track Your Item” tool, where customers can follow their parcel’s journey and access delivery updates in real time.

1. What should I do if there is something in the box that I am allergic to?

Please write down what you are allergic to in the notes when completing your order, and we will replace the product. 

2. Can I change the delivery day?

Yes — you can change your delivery day as long as your order has not been dispatched yet.
Just email us at info@secretfruit.co.uk with your preferred day, and we’ll update it for you.

3. Is the produce in my box washed?

We do not wash the produce in your boxes prior to packing and we recommend that you always wash your fruit and veg before eating.

The reason that we don't wash your produce before packing is due to the fact that moisture can encourage mould. 

4.How often do you deliver boxes?

We offer 3 delivery options:

6 boxes/month → 2–1–2–1 pattern
first week on Tuesday & Friday / second week on Wednesday

8 boxes/month → 2 times/week
on Tuesday & Friday

10 boxes/month → 3–2–3–2 pattern
first week on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday / second week on Tuesday, Thursday

5. How does subscription work?

Subscribing to Secret Fruit Boxes means receiving weekly boxes of fresh fruit and vegetables according to the model you choose (e.g., twice a week) at your convenience and according to your needs.

We will automatically collect payment on the due date, so you can relax and enjoy your delicious deliveries.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, but be sure to do so before the deadline if you do not want to receive the next box.

6. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
  • Yes. You won’t be able to checkout as a guest. If you do create an account, all of your information will be stored securely through the website.
7. If I choose a box for healthy skin or nervous system, how long should I consume it before switching to the box for women/men?
  • Our specialized boxes (skin, nervous system, immunity, etc.) are designed to complement your diet for a period of 4–8 weeks. After this time, you can safely move on to the general box for women or men, which maintains a balanced intake of vitamins and minerals in the long term.
1. Which areas do you deliver to?
  • We deliver to mainland UK addresses with next-day delivery. 
2. When will my parcel arrive?

• Orders placed before our cut-off time are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
• You’ll receive a 1-hour delivery slot notification on the day of delivery.

3. Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
  • No. Royal Mail Tracked 24 will leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour if you’re not home.
    Your fruit box doesn’t require a signature.
4.Do you offer contactless deliveries?

Yes. Royal Mail automatically provides contact-free delivery by placing your parcel in a safe location and taking a photo as proof of delivery.

5. Can I track my parcel?
  • Absolutely. Every order is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your box is dispatched.
6. Can I change my delivery after it’s dispatched?
  • Once the parcel is with Royal Mail, delivery changes are limited.
    You can still:
    • Add delivery instructions (safe place or neighbour)
    • Reschedule redelivery if you miss it

7. How do parcel pick-up work?
  • If Royal Mail can’t deliver, your box may be taken to the nearest Royal Mail Delivery Office.
    You’ll receive a card or notification with instructions, and you can pick it up with an ID.
8. What if I miss my delivery?

Royal Mail will either:
• Leave it in a safe place, or
• Leave it with a neighbour, or
• Take it to your local Delivery Office
